When I started drinking smoothies, I didn’t realize the WAY I was drinking them could be harming my digestion! Did you know that? After hearing people talk about chewing their smoothies, I thought I would give it a go. Here is a video with my thoughts and how chewing my smoothies has made me feel.

Simnett Nutrition’s easy and fast green smoothie
Blend together the following:
2 Dates (take out the pits!)
Romaine lettuce (5 or so large leaves)
2 tbsp. Flax seeds
2 tbps. Hemp Seeds
