Ever since I was introduced to this, it has been a go-to of mine as a strength/progress check. I don’t really count reps so this has been a welcome measurement.
I could only get 1 minute in when I started and now I expect to finish every time. So don’t be upset if you can’t get too far, just let it motivate you to finish the song!
