I get asked a lot, what program do you follow? I don’t follow any programs, I made up my own routine with techniques I enjoy. Of course I learned from some of the greats, but I added my own principles that made sense to me. I’m no trainer (yet), but I’ve got lots of time on the bars and lots of exercise experience.
