I stumbled upon a vegan bakery the other day and thought I would treat myself to some cookies (which is rare) and support the biz. I paid $5 bucks for 2 small cookies. They were SO sweet and left me feeling groggy and tired the next morning. Sugar hangover.

In order to really feel these in your traps, you must make sure you are isolating your traps as best you can in these movements. These exercises are 100% trap specific, but if you consciously try to focus on contracting your traps, these exercises will give you a great pump and an even better burn!
