LOVE your sauce recipes. You're the freakin' Sauce Whisperer, man. I'm serious! Love the hemp seed idea, too, for creaminess. I don't do oils and am always using nuts and seeds for my fat in sauces... but seem to forget about hemp seeds. Thank you! Idea for you: one of MY favourite sauces: peanut butter, lime, toasted sesame seeds, cashews, coconut aminos, and a whole tomato... and, of course, garlic and onion powder. Amazing on tofu and veggie stir-fries! Big love to you!

Looks so good. I love all of your sauces. They make or break a meal. I have a few questions and comments. First, I am a new vegan (thank you for all of your recipes!) and also a huge fan of calisthenics. I notice you also do calisthenics along with weightlifting. Do you have a coach or follow a program or do your own? Just curious. As for comments, I would love to see some more ethnic recipes as they are the best! What about doing some food for St. Patrick's Day too!
