Shipping Information

Your orders are very dear to us. It’s incredibly important for us make sure that you get the things you ordered. That’s why we take this with the utmost seriousness.

We generally make sure to process your order within 2 days max. But sometimes we’re out of stock, and it might take a bit longer. But don’t worry, we’ll always let you know in advance. Our posters are sent by airmail from California, to anywhere in the world.

International shipping

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
SimnettNutrition does not take responsibility for possible fees.

Returns

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

We do not refund or return orders for buyer’s remorse, or size exchanges.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed at the post office are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
