Beginner Traps Exercises

In order to really feel these in your traps, you must make sure you are isolating your traps as best you can in these movements. These exercises are 100% trap specific, but if you consciously try to focus on contracting your traps, these exercises will give you a great pump and an even better burn!


Advanced Traps Exercise
This exercise takes a great amount of core and upper body strength as you are performing an inversion. Please be careful and proceed with caution while attempting this exercise. Actively contract your traps when performing this exercise!
