I have another great ab workout for you all, but with that being said, it isn’t an easy one. You really want to make sure you have a strong and flexible lower back for this one. It looks a lot harder than it seems.
It’s a great one to burn out your lower abs for sure though, if you dare to try it. A lower impact version of this exercise would be to do a reverse crunch (laying on the floor). Reverse crunches will help build you up to this exercise as it mimics the same movements.
